    James is not only an exceptional football coach but a fantastic person. He inspired me to become a football coach over 7 years ago and has been there every step of the way mentoring and teaching me. His knowledge of the game is unquestionable and his love of the game undeniable. No matter if it’s a kindergarten session in school or an adult team preparing for a tournament game he delivers the same passion and thirst for development and success. 

   He's an excellent coach because he makes the impossible to be possible in terms of encouraging and bringing out the best of football in you.  He improved my football so much both on and out of the football pitch. I played several games under him and was so proud to be under him when we won the The Thao Thien Long Tournament 2018 in Vietnam played by some V league top clubs players and in 2019 came 4th position in 2019 Thien Long Tournament V League Pre Season Tournament (Vietnam).He protects his players in and off the field and also doing more of encouraging to his players. I strongly believe in him, he does extremely extraordinary things and brings out the best in players 

   In the time working with Mr James Patrick McAloon, the head coach of African Team Vietnam Football Club in my position as the Secretary General of the team was simply an eye opener, his man management skills, his coaching ability, tactics and football intelligence is nothing short of top class, he brought discipline to the team and formed a very strong bond with his players and the players responded with awesome results on the field of play, we won competitions that was previously seen as hard to win.
